The most convenient way to manage your Aflac account is through Aflac’s online billing portal, Aflac
Business Services

Once activated, you will be able to:

• View your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• View and update employee status information.

• Update payment method information.

and if eligible, enroll today. Once enrolled, you will receive email notifications prior to your monthly invoice
being processed.

If a claim is submitted before 3 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday, we’ll work hard to process it by midnight.1 After all,
we know your employees have bills to pay. One Day Pay means they can resume their lives with peace of

Accident1: Aflac accident insurance pays cash benefits that can help provide peace of mind following a
covered accident. Benefits can be used to help pay for any expense, including emergency treatment or
treatment-related transportation and lodging.

Aflac Plus Rider2: The Aflac Plus Rider helps protect employees from costs associated with serious
illnesses such as heart attacks, strokes, Type 1 diabetes, and advanced Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s
disease.

Dental3: Aflac dental insurance provides benefits for covered checkups and cleanings, x-rays, fillings,
crowns and much more.

Disability4: Aflac short-term disability insurance offers income replacement benefits to help with the loss
of income due to a covered illness or injury.

Cancer/Specified-Disease5: Aflac cancer insurance pays employees a defined benefit for covered cancer
treatments and also helps with costs that may not be covered under major medical insurance such as
travel and accommodations, deductibles and copayments and other miscellaneous expenses.

Critical Illness/Specified Health Event6: Aflac critical illness insurance can help with the treatment
costs of life-changing illnesses and health events like heart attacks or strokes, among others, so your

dismemberment coverage from Reliance Standard Life Insurance. When traveling at least 100 miles
from home or in a foreign country, travel assistance is included for employees and their dependents.

Fraud Protection: EZShield® provides award-winning fraud protection for your employees, including Dark
Web monitoring. EZShield is also available as an employer-paid offering.

Health Advocacy and Medical Bill Saver: Health AdvocateTM helps employees navigate health care-
and insurance-related issues, resolve claims, negotiate medical bills and more.

College Assistance Plan (CAP): From admissions and college planning, to financial aid and applications,
this online support center offers tools and resources to help employees navigate the entire college
preparation process. CAP is also available as an employer-paid offering.

Telemedicine: MeMD ® allows employees to connect with a medical provider online and receive
personalized treatment anytime, almost anywhere. MeMD® is also available as an employer-paid offering.

Personal Wellness: Health AdvocateTM helps employees develop a healthy lifestyle plan to achieve their
wellness goals with support from online resources.

Financial and Legal Fitness: Health AdvocateTM assists employees with financial and legal preparedness
and provides access to complimentary consultative services from licensed professionals.
The value-added services described above are not available in all 50 states. Availability is also dependent upon satisfying a predetermined percentage of employees
