To forgive if Devotee make mistakes and then rectify

it- Srila Prabhupada Quotes:-

We should learn to forget and forgive minor incidents because whenever there are
two men in a place, there is always some misunderstanding. Such misunderstanding
happens even between husband and wife—what to speak of others. (Letter, 11
January 1968, Los Angeles)

Yes, tolerate, yes. Kṣānti. We should not be intolerant. Even somebody has done
some wrong unto me, tapasvī. Kṣamā-rūpa-tapasvinām. Tapasvī, those who are
advancing in Kṛṣṇa consciousness, undergoing tapasya, austerities, their first
qualification is to forgive the offender. This is the qualification. (Śrīmad-
Bhāgavatam Lecture, 23 January 1974, Hawaii)

Yes, that is very nice, your statement that "I am offering special flowers and prayers
to Lord Jagannatha every morning because I know He is liberal to crippled and
mistake-making devotees of His Lotus Feet." If we are always afraid of our mistakes,
Krishna will save us from all such misgivings and even imperceptibly we commit
some mistake, He will forgive us. (Letter, 16 June 1968, Montreal)

Of course we work very very hard just to get someone to come to the platform of
devotee of Krsna, so we shall not be too much hasty to drive anyone out. Therefore
we may forgive once, twice, but more than that we must take other steps. So if any
new candidate for devotee comes forward you may test him very thoroughly to
understand from him if he is ready to fully accept our strict standard of temple
living. (Letter, 31 December 1972, Bombay)

He has taken to the shelter of Kṛṣṇa, therefore his all past business is finished.
Although, due to past habit, sometimes you find some mistake, it is not to be taken.
Because this thing will go. (Morning Walk, 30 March 1974, Bombay)
I came to know that foolish Candrasekhara had blasphemed you. Fools do not know
how to honor Vaisnavas. By your greatness, please excuse him. I haven't instructed
him to do such a thing. I only told him to visit you. Anyway, excuse his aparadha.
Candrasekhara is a good man, but out of foolishness he used bad words to you. You
please forgive him and me by your good qualities- 661215 - Letter to Sripad
Narayana Maharaja written from New York

Do not worry about past mistakes and falldowns. Krsna has given you a new chance
in taking care of one of His ISKCON temples, so the future is very bright. There is
nothing to worry about, simply yourself be ideal to all the devotees there by
chanting as much as possible and following carefully all the regulative
principles.Letter to Nrsimha Caitanya -- Geneva 5 June, 1974

The duty of a brahmana is to culture the quality of forgiveness, which is illuminating

like the sun. The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Hari, is pleased with those who
are forgiving. (SB 9.15.40)

Especially those who are following penance and austerity, yogic principle or
devotional life, they should learn to excuse. In our dealings, there are so many
faulty dealings between ourselves. So if we take everything very seriously, then it is
very difficult to live. So kṣamā. But that kṣamā—kṣamā means forgiveness—will
reduce. Nobody will forgive. Retaliation, vengeance, that will increase. (Śrīmad-
Bhāgavatam Lecture, 18 March 1968, San Francisco)
I am glad to learn that your co-operation for this society is appreciated by the
authorities, We should learn to forget and forgive minor incidents because whenever
there are two men in a place, there is always some misunderstanding. (Letter,
January 11, 1968)

Even if a devotee commits the most abominable actions, he is to be considered

saintly because he is properly situated,”. As you will say, “To err is human”, so in the
neophyte stage we may always expect some discrepancies are there. Kindly see the
things in this light and forgive their small mistakes. The big thing is they have given
their life, everything to Krishna–that is never a mistake (Letter April 30, 1973)

So a devotee is always very understanding if there is some discrepancy behavior on

the part of non-devotees, and even some devotees misbehave, he is always very
tolerant and understanding. (Letter December 31, 1972)

Brahmanas are beautiful when they are forgiving, ksatriyas when they are heroic
and never retreat from fighting, vaisyas when they enrich cultural activities and
protect cows and südras when they are faithful in the discharge of duties pleasing to
their masters. Thus everyone becomes beautiful by his special qualities. And the
special quality of the brahmanas, as described here, is forgiveness. (SB 9.15.40)

A sadhu, a devotee, is never angry. Actually the real feature of devotees who
undergo tapasya, austerity, is forgiveness.(SB 6.4.5)

Just like you have written, "Bhutale" as "Bhuthale." It is not very much encouraging.
Neither it is good that you do something wrong and at the end you simply write
please forgive us. The best thing will be that both of may go to Bombay and begin a
positive work under my direction. (Letter, 15 September 1968, San Francisco)
I ask your forgiveness. So you can forgive me once, twice, thrice, not more than
that. You cannot make it a profession that you go on committing sins and God will
forgive you-Room Conversation with Richard Webster, chairman, Societa
Filosofica Italiana -- May 24, 1974, Rome

Anger and resentment are due to ignorance due to material attachment. We have to
solve the problem through knowledge and purification. (Srila Prabhupada)

A devotee’s conclusion is that no one is directly responsible for being a benefactor or

mischief-monger without the sanction of the Lord; therefore he does not consider
anyone to be directly responsible for such action. But in both the cases he takes it
for granted that either benefit or loss is God-sent, and thus it is His grace. (SB
1.17.22)

I want that you approach Navayogendra with all humility and ask his forgiveness for
the beating. In this way you can rectify things. You must bring them back.
Otherwise if you cannot do it, then you should come here to me and we shall discuss
it personally-Letter to Cyavana - Dallas 29 July, 1975
It is said that the beauty of a tapasvī, or saintly person, is forgiveness. There are
many instances in the spiritual history of the world in which many saintly persons,
although unnecessarily harassed, did not take action, although they could have done
so. Parīkṣit Mahārāja, for example, was unnecessarily cursed by a brāhmaṇa boy,
and this was very much regretted by the boy's father, but Parīkṣit Mahārāja
accepted the curse and agreed to die within a week as the brāhmaṇa boy desired-
