SUBJECT: EXTENDED VALIDITY OF REGISTRATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES

WITH PLATE NUMBERS ENDING IN "5" IN NCR PLUS AND OTHER
IDENTIFIED AREAS

In view of the extended Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) status in NCR Plus, Bulacan,
Cavite, Laguna, Rizal (until 14 May 2021) and in the City of Santiago in lsabela, Quirino Province, and Abra
in the Cordillera Administrative Region (until 31 May 2021), due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to strictly
implement the observance of social distancing and other health and sanitary protocols to protect the health
and safety of our employees, as well as our clie~ts, it is hereby directed that the validity of registration of
motor vehicles with plate numbers ending in "5" is hereby extended until 31 August 2021.

Upon resumption of work in these areas, to ensure compliance to health protocols and social distancing
guidelines, the weekly schedule for the middle digit of these motor vehicles shall still be observed and
encouraged, without collection, however, of surcharge and/or penalty during the duration of the extended
validity, as illustrated below:
