l. This offrce received a communication letter from John Arnold S. Siena,

Director IV of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) confirming
the enrolknent of public school teachers and school leaders from Caraga Region.

2. The complete list of enrollees as well as the letter of conflrmation are attached.
