INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION (SHORTLISTING)

Invitation Notice for the Pre-Qualification (Shortlisting) of bidders for the Establishment of
University of Bengkulu’s Hospital in University of Bengkulu, Bengkulu, Indonesia.

Procurement Committee intends to select a potential consultant for the University Hospital Building
Detail Engineering Design Consultant (DEDC). This Pre-Qualification is open to “open to
international” with “limited to National and Saudi” consultants, which are not included in the
Boycott Regulations of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation and/or Indonesian Authorities. A
pool of bidders will be selected through an International Competitive Bidding process guidelines for
the procurement of consultants under SFD, First Edition 1995.

Pre-Qualification documents may be collected from September 24 to October 24, 2020 during
business hours from 09:00 to15:00 WIB (GMT+7). The consultant who is eligible and fulfilled the
criteria can register oneself and obtain a Pre-Qualification document in a hard-copy form directly or
sign up through the website https://pmursptn.unib.ac.id/dedc/ to collect soft-copy document.

The clarification meeting will be held on October 9, 2020 via Zoom Meeting. The invitation link will
be delivered to the applicants by email.

Applicants should submit to Procurement Committee their applications for the Pre-Qualification
during business hours on or before 15:00 WIB (GMT+7), on October 26, 2020.
