    Invitation for Prequalification

    KfW Procurement ID: ICB No. 507743

    1. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has applied for a Loan from KfW to
    fund the The Development of Regional Water Supply System Wosusokas. It is
    intended that part of the proceeds of this Loan will be applied to eligible payments
    under the contract resulting from the bidding for which this prequalification is
    conducted.

    2. The PPK Air Minum, Satuan Kerja Pelaksanaan Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah
    II, Balai Prasarana Permukiman Wilayah Jawa Tengah, Directorate General of
    Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Housing intent to prequalify
    contractor and/or firms for construction of Water Treatment Plant, cap. 750 l/s
    Including All Supporting Buildings (Pembangunan SPAM Regional Wosusokas
    Kap. 750 l/det Provinsi Jawa Tengah).

    3. It is expected that the Invitation for Bids will be made on February 2022.

    4. Prequalification will be conducted through the procedure in accordance with the


    applicable Guideline for Procurement under KfW Loan and is open to all
    Applicants from eligible source countries, as defined in the Loan Agreement.

    5. Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the
    Prequalification Document through the official website under the Ministry of Public
    Works and Housing of Indonesia, www.spseicb.pu.go.id/eproc-icb from 10
    December 2021, 4:00 PM Indonesian West Region Time (IWRT) to 10 January
    2022, 04:00 PM Indonesian West Region Time (IWRT).

    6. Application for prequalification should be submitted in scan copy, put in a folder,


    and uploaded to the website above not later than 10 January 2022, 04:00 PM
    Indonesian West Region Time (IWRT). In case of any difficulty in connecting with

    7. Foreign firms are encouraged to establish a Joint Venture (JV) with an Indonesian
    Firm.
