BID IDENTIFIACTION NO. EIC/RWSS/46/2023-24

1 The Engineer-In-Chief, RWSS, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, on behalf of Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water
Department, Governor of Odisha invite tenders in double cover system in ONLINE MODE only for Selection
of Contractor/ Executing Agency for Design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and
acceptance of Solar PV Integrated Dual Pump based Water Supply System through off-grid mode
including laying of distribution pipelines and providing Functional Household Tap Connection
(FHTCs) along with Comprehensive Maintenance for five(5) years for 07 different packages in the State of
Odisha.
2 Nature of work : Selection of Contractor/ Executing Agency for Design,
engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and
acceptance of Solar PV integrated Dual Pump based Water
Supply System through off-grid mode including laying of
distribution pipelines and providing Functional Household
Tap Connection (FHTCs) along with Comprehensive
Maintenance for five (5) years for 07 different packages in the
State of Odisha.
3 Number of works : 07 Nos Individual Package

4 Estimated Cost : Ranging from Rs. 08 Crore to Rs. 41 Crore (Approx.)

5 Cost of Bid Document : Rs. 10,000/- each district(Non-refundable)

6 EMD : @1% of Estimated cost of each package.

7 Class of Contractor : Sole Proprietorship firm/ Partnership Firms/ Company

8 Availability of Bid Documents in the
portal for Online Bidding
registered in India and Contractors registered with Central
Government/ any other State Government/ MES/ Railways
and Reputed Engineering Firms.
Joint Venture/ Consortium is allowed.

9 A bidder can participate for all packages. However, the project shall be awarded for a maximum of any 2
(two) packages under the Bid ID EIC/RWSS/46/2023-24. The bidders have to participate in ONLINE
Bidding only for which the bidder must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class II or
