Hi, I am S. Sarkar, messaging from Calcutta, INDIA. I have got Your

Message, on last Sunday, the 7th Feb., ’21, also Your Photos. Believe,
me or not, I am feeling so hurt, from inside, seeing Your Photos,
thinking that , You stay such a long way apart, I even can't meet You
personally, except to send our mere compassion , otherwise, I must
have meet You once , by some days . Moreover, being in that
Condition , also, You have searched our Contact, to tell about Your
Project .
I , personally, am telling , even, we couldn’t think that way, if we be
in such a situation, like You. Whatever, we use to wish, You stay such
strong and confident , throughout , with all Your health and happiness.
Dear Mam, I apologize, to say that, seeing Your health situation, we
are mostly worried about Your health, rather Your Message . It is not
the very right time to discuss any matter regarding Your message.
Whatever, with Your due permission, I want to say a few things,
regarding Your Project .
1. In last Seven days , I have thought in different POSSIBLE WAYS , lastly
have come to few Conclusions , that I want to share with You.
Regarding this , You and Your Advisor’s Opinion and Approval ,
according to me is very important , because it is, after all Your Money,
and, I am a Person , can only approach , personally, with my ideas ,
that, I think, genuinely need Your Sanction , before sending Your
Precious Fund. Because, it is not Concerned with MONEY, but mainly,
the long TRUST, that, You have made upon Me. IF, there is no
Concern of Fund also, that TRUST, I, will not let it to hamper with You
. Because it is not the ONE/ TWO Days Matter, but ultimately the
long FAITH , that mostly matters now, and to be very Frank, if You still
consider that , You have approached me in a hurry, You may ignore
Your Proposal, honestly, that is why, I took LONG TIME , not
disturbing You , every now and then .
2. Regard Mam, I have not discussed Your PROJECT, with Anybody apart,
and kept it entirely Secret , as was told by You, whether , it is
processed through Me , or not , does not matter . And in FUTURE, You
will not hear anything such Nuisance, from Me , or Anybody of my
Concern .
3. Now, coming to the TOPIC , that You have approached me . We have
thought sincerely , in every POSSIBLE and PRACTICAL Ways , in last few
Days, Concerning Your Subject . See , You have come with a PROJECT,
for Widows and Orphans . I personally , being from a Technical Side ,
with a few Years of Experience , has decided to concentrate on TWO
SUBJECTS.
4. 1) their Education and SELF DEPENDENCY , and
5. 2) their Healthcare , this Idea, honestly telling, , has come from YOU.
These , TWO CONCERNS , in my small perception , are most important ,
in today’s Age, and especially , both of them, are very Costly , and
not readily available to them , especially here in INDIA .
I , personally, also have faced a very difficult situation , regarding My
Studies , as I lost my Father in my Early Age , and has to bear all My
Expenses , along with My study on my Own . From that point ,
according to my belief, these TWO THINGS , will make them more
stable and secure, in a long run .
Second Thought , what I am discussing with You, that, I want to go
with a long term and Permanent Approach, because my Concern is
only with You, and at any cost , I will not try to hamper Your Belief
with me , regardless of MONEY/ PROJECT whatsoever. See, if We want
to invest Your Funds, immediately building an Orphanage , the Fund ,
after some Years , will get Empty , we will not be able to sustain this
Project last longer, For that Genuinely Discussed with a (Govt. Of
INDIA) Person, who has suggested me , first to make that Fund Secure
, by fixing it , in a CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT, on (8 – 10) Year
Basis , this Sole Fund , hereby will be intact and Secure , and the
Interest , that we will get , out of that ACCOUNT, We will invest in
Your Project, (in my Concern, in TECHNICAL, Doctory, CA Scholarship
and Primary Healthcare .)
As we are from a Technical side, will take care of the Study
Scholarship , and the remaining Amount We will expend on Primary
Healthcare, Medicine and small Diagnostics , at the Beginning , and
later on , if possible, on Operational Expenses , depending on the
Candidate’ a approach and conditions.
6. In the Education Sector, we have thought ,
of giving the Benefits to the Meritorious , but Vulnerable and their
Mothers in the following fields of INDIAN Study,
A)Engineering Study Expenses ( to the
CENTRAL Government INSTITUTION, (IITs,
CENTRAL Universities , NITs.)
B) Same thing is applicable for MEDICAL
Students.
C)In Commercial Course , that Cover will be given to aspirants of (C.A.
And I.C.W.A . candidates Only. )
See, we can’t help a Big Mass at starting, but , has to begin from
scratch , in the primary label , but with a long term Approach.
Regard Mam, You have sent Your message, asking for Every
Details of Myself, that I will definitely give, but before that, what
is utmost important to share my thoughts and lastly Your OPINION
and ADVICE , because again I am telling , it is ultimately Your Fund, I
am just using it , and another most important thing , I , personally ,
don’t want any Commission out of Your Funds , but only will use
Your Money in a Secure and Long Term way , so that , in Future ,
somebody can’t blame me regarding that Matter, because , again
telling , it is the Trust , that matters , between YOU and me .
Regard Mam , what ultimately I can say , consider me , as one of
Yours , like a Son , as I have decided , to discuss all my Approach,
honestly with You , before You come Your Decision .
Take Your time , discuss with Your Advisors , about, what We have
written , and , then , send Your Decision .
