The main reason why some individuals believe that hard work is vital
because people get skills and knowledge by practicing and taking a lot
of effort. In other words, hardworking allows you to convert
theoretical experiences into practical skills. Take an IT specialist as an

would not be able to create any product.
Another point is determination. It means if people are indecisive, they
waste more energy and time or miss their opportunities to try
different choices.

The opponents, on the other hand, maintain that money and

appearance outweigh the factors above. For instance, money is
necessary to materialize career plans to get better qualification at
quality but expensive universities. As for appearance, for example, in

neither hard work nor determination is needed as much as appearance
to star in a film.
Overall, both sides, once discussed from various perspectives, seem to
hold logical reasons; however, I assert that hard work and
determination/ are the core points for accomplishment in life./ those
