POSITIONS OF THE ARMS AND FEET


ACTIVITY I.
1. Watch the video in your Group Chat analyze and practice the fundamental position of the arms and
feet.

2. After practicing , execute and demonstrate the fundamental positions of the arms and feet and
make a video presentation send through google classroom.

3. for the attire:

Boys will wear a black pants and white shirts for upper.
Girls will wear any skirt for lower and white shirts for upper. If possible Filipiniana attire.

DANCE STEPS
The traditional steps used in one folk dance are really combinations of the basic movements. It will
also be noted that there are some dance steps which can be performed with any kind of music .The
dance steps listed here are analyzed according to step pattern, proper counting for each movement
and the number of measures used to perform a dance step to provide ease or facility in learning them.

Activity 2.

1. Make your own dance combination using the basic dance steps in 2/4 and 3/4 music,
2. You can use the music of Paro-Parong Bukid, Carinosa music etc. or your own choice of
music as long as it’s a folk music.
3. Attire same as the Activity 1. Send your video through google classroom.

Activity 3. Will be a written test. (Schedule for this will be given on your respective Group Chats.)
