So to start with the office has a ground and 3rd floor at Andheri West and a Site
Office at Kandivali East.

Quick to jump

Ground Floor - Office of the Chairman (Will Name him DKB) and the Younger Son
(Director we will name him "P")

Chairman - Doesnt look much into the overall ops of the Organisation except for the
Accounting and Liasioning functions
He really isnt the most easiest person to work with highly voiced, knows the
typical builder suppression tactics to shut you up and best part extremely moody,
in short his moods determine as to whose livelihood for the day shall be snatched
(in short termination of employees working under him is a very routine affair)
No Policies, No respect to the staff,Abusive, Unethical Business Practice wise,
extremely preferential to those close to him and so on, in short the typical
Shopkeeper approach of things (use and dispose)

Young Son - Director (Lets call him PB)


Good Communications while he speaks however when he speaks one feels like throwing
up a rotten tomatoe over his face.
No Manners while he speaks to any one within the staff and yes he surely
understands that too.
Again a Replica of his Father, No Mangement skills,only sacks people based on his
moods in short a typical Baniya kind of a person.
He handles the Projects, Liasion, Contracts, Architecture, Purchase and
Administration.
No People Management Skills and Trusts the Receptionist as his Man Friday (Oh
forgot to state that the Receptionist is an absolute gossip girl and knows whom to
attack and when as well)

Elder Son - Director (Lets call him DB)


Decent in english - However not the best when he communicates with people though.
A lot more sorted than the others, straightforward, curt, however one can never
dream of a Job Security working under him.
Can be extremely Rude, agreessive and impatient with his treatment towards his
staff members.
He handles the Marketing, Sales, CRM , Legal, HR, Admin,Pre Sales.

About the Sons - A General Feedback is that their Rejection Ration of things are on
the higher side rather than Acceptance.
Very insecure on the delgation, trust factor, giving staff the independence to work
and perform.
Have a poor HR Mindset and keep putting up a performance warning intimations within
15 days to the new joinees giving the new joiners a compete set of Insecurity.
Also the worst "Interviewers" that one may come aross with, have noticed them take
Interviews with no proper preparation and knowledge of the profiles and worst still
are always confused.

Now the HOD's - Shall not Name any one out here for confidential reasons.
Under "PB"
Projects - Have seen at least 5 Vice Presidents changing in a span of 2 years -
Should be enough to sum up the overall department in general.
Contracts - Young person hired however she is more of the Boss's yes person.
Architecture - Again a young professional however she isnt an HOD kind of a
Material,rather in short highly political and knows how to finger the right people
in case she feels to get them out.
Purchase - No HOD sticks around for beyond a year.
Liasion - Good HOD however a worst Team especially a known female who has no self
respect and can go any extents to ..... Read between the lines.
Accounts - HOD - Extremely Political and also enjoys a clout with all the directos
however very manipulative.
Under "DB"
Marketing - Have not seen any marketing person stay around beyond 6 months, be it
Digital/ Non Digital.
CRM- Be extremely careful before joining this department as firstly its in a state
of mess and secondly the HOD leading it is a general mess herself, no tone of
speech, manipulative, knows to play games within the team itself and many more.
Sales - Decent HOD however very preferential towards his own people and doesnt let
the new joiners stay beyond a max 6 to 8 months - No Support to them and gives them
a hard time pressure wise.
Pre Sales - No HOD's can survive under the Director as its a mismanaged one.
Legal - No HOD's can be stable till such time that a Young Wannabe is around -
Designation wise she is a Manager however thinks herself to be the Director no 4
HR - Have seen some of the Experienced HR professionals working out here 4 to be
more prescise since 2017 onwards, the last one was a young Guy who had joined from
a professinal set up but couldnt make a difference either.
No Proper HR Set up, no proper facilities, No proper increments/ apprsial/leave
policies/attendance systems etc.
Administration - Worst Team when it comes to Facilities, Overall Administration,
All Females- 5 Receptionists no one has been upto standards rather all of them have
lost their etihcs must say, Typical Gossip Mongers,
Two of the Receptionists have had affairs with married men one of them being a HOD,
constantly on phones and very unresponsive towards any of your queries, rude over
the phones and non curteous.
Forgot to mention that they have more powers than any of the Employees for their
Detective way of workings.

In short my Experience of 5 years have been nothing less than a nightmare despite
trying to do my best and have moved out for a better journey, if you wish to join
them one wise word could be is that you should "Rethink Again"
