Good afternoon, fellow students, Deans, and Professors!

Mental Issues affect


people from different walks of life, men and women and all races as well.
Promoting mental health awareness requires much understanding to show some
respect on how to accept or how we view this regarding with this issue. With this,
it influences us to experience stress, on our ability to cope up with this stressors
with regards to our Mental Health. Hopefully, this webinar will enlighten us on
mental health awareness and end up the stigma on it. We should always remember,
your Mental Health is more important than the test, the interview, the lunch date,
the shopping, the family dinner, and the grocery run. Take care of yourself. Once
