people from different walks of life, men and women and all races as well. Promoting mental health awareness requires much understanding to show some respect on how to accept or how we view this regarding with this issue. With this, it influences us to experience stress, on our ability to cope up with this stressors with regards to our Mental Health. Hopefully, this webinar will enlighten us on mental health awareness and end up the stigma on it.
