Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

It
affects how we think, feel, and act it also helps determine how we handle stress, relate
to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from
childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

In every stage of life, we face a lot of problems and challenges and these may result in
mental health problems which may affect our mood, thinking, and behavior and these
make it difficult to cope with the ordinary demands of life.

During this time, we are having a corona virus pandemic and this may be
stressful for people. Many are far from their families, others cannot travel to go to
different places, a lot of momentous events are postponed and many are alone. Fear
and anxiety about a new disease and what could happen can be overwhelming and
cause strong emotions in adults and children. Public health actions, such as social
distancing, can make people feel isolated and lonely and can increase stress and
anxiety that’s why mental health is really important this time. Nurturing our mental health
can also help us to cope with unexpected changes and challenges in our lives, you will
feel optimistic and feel good about yourself. If you have good mental health you were
able to set a goal and have good self-esteem.

Besides, I realized that life is a battle and I should fight fearlessly, fight with
confidence, a positive attitude, and never giving up in life. I should carry these attitudes
in life no matter what the situation is. I should keep struggling and fighting with the odds
and should wait for the day when I will find what I have actually been looking for in life.
