Staying mentally healthy is very important for every age group.one in every four people in the world have
mental health issues and most of them go undiagnosed because people consider it a taboo to talk about
mental health but this is the time we step out of the bubble and talk about mental health issues so people
don’t live with it undiagnosed and suffer alone.
Mental health is a vital part of our life. Being mentally healthy widely effect our way of communication,
our thoughts and our behaviors. the way we look at things and think about things. Being mentally healthy
is a stimulus to promote productivity. Being mentally healthy has a very large impact on how we feel
about things. It makes us flexible to cope with our environment and positively adapt the changes that are
being made around us. stress handling and situation controlling is also connected to mental health. Good
mental health plays a very big part in right decision making.
How can we improve our mental health? This a very commonly asked question. staying in an
environment which has a positive effect on us. Avoiding social media, not watching the news which are
very problematic an traumatize you, avoiding conversations and people that drain your energy. Spending
more time with people that make you happy and boost your energy. Spending quality time with yourself.
Relaxing and having fun.
If someone is diagnosed with a mental health issue, they should not feel ashamed about it. They should
seek proper health treatment. People are differently affected by these issues most of the time they don’t
even know they are suffering from a mental health issue therefore seeing professional, doctor a
psychiatrist when you feel like something is effecting you and you are unable to figure out what that is .
As we know that this is the age of modernization mental health has a huge impact on society, people are
starting to come out talking about all kinds of issues from around the world. The world is now a global
village people have started to understand one another and are supporting people with all kinds of mental
health issues. Be one of these people take care of yourself and others. Make your aura positive, be an
energy booster so that people can seek you for help and you can seek them for help too. Focus on
bringing up one another. There is a joy in helping people. Spread awareness about mental health issues so
that people can come out talk about their issues without any shame and get a proper treatment. But
unfortunately, there are still people who try to bring down other people. Don’t be one of them. Spread
positive energy and take care of people around you.
