Challenges approach us every single day in life. As teenagers, we often face challenges that revolve
around relationships, sports, peer pressure, bullying, obesity, school stressors, the list goes on. It is
important to remember that these challenges do not mean the world is ending. In fact, most of our
challenges are temporary, and with a little bit of work, we can overcome our difficulties. Always
remember that 7 rules of our life, let it go, ignore them, give it time, don't compare, stay calm, its on
you, and smile. Always remember mental health is not a destination, but a process. Being able to be
your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health, in any given moment, we have
two options; to step forward into growth or to step back into safety. Just because no one else can heal
or do your inner work for you doesn't mean you can should or need to do it alone.
