- Splits (concealed & decorative) , to be as manufactured by Samsung,

Carrier , Trane or equal with refrigerant R410 .

- Exhaust & fresh air fans (in line or centrifugal) to be as manufactured by

NICOTRA, Dynair (Italy) , or approved equal.

- Grills and diffusers to be aluminum painted type (color decided by

architect) as manufactured by KBE, UIC or approved equal.

- Fire dampers, volume damper, back draft damper to be as manufactured

by KBE, UIC or approved equal.

- Galvanized ducts sheets to be conform to ASTM A. 526-7 with minimum

weight of zinc coating (total on both sides) 275 g/m² (G90) as
manufactured by Borcelick or approved equal.

- Galvanized Steel pipes to be as manufactured by DALMINE (DIN2440)

or approved equal.

- Black seamless Steel pipes to be schedule 40 as manufactured by

Nickopol-Ukraine or approved equal.

- Polypropylene water pipes according to DIN 8077, 8078 to be as

manufactured by Banninger (Germany) , Plastofer (Italy) or approved
equal.

- U.P.V.C pipes to be according to EN1329 , EN1401 CLASS M1 as

manufactured by Redi , or Lareter (Italy made) or approved equal.

- Steel pipes accessories to be as manufactured by AFL or approved equal.

- U.P.V.C pipes accessories and drains to be according to EN1329 ,

EN1401 CLASS M1 as manufactured by BT(Germany) , NICOLL, REDI
(European made) or approved equal.
 - Floor drains cover for floor drains to be stainless steel as manufactured by
BT , NICOLL, REDI (European made) or approved equal.

- Ductile iron manholes covers to be as manufactured by Saint Gobain –

PAM, OK or approved equal.

- Pressure PVC pipes accessories to be according to DIN 19532 as

manufactured by NICOLL, FIP or approved equal.

- Electric water heater to be glass enamel lined with working pressure 8

bars at least as manufactured by Flamco (Germany) , ELBI (Italy) ,
Regulus (Check. Republic) or approved equal.

- Pumps and circulators to be as manufactured by Salmson , Grundfos or

approved equal.

- Valves to be PN20 as manufactured by NIBCO (Bronze valves) or

approved equal.

- Closed expansion tanks to be as manufactured by ELBI or approved

equal.

- Pipe insulation to be as manufactured by KIMMCO, AFICO or approved

equal.

- Chrome plated cover for floor drains to be as requested by architect.

- Polypropylene Roof drains to be as manufactured by Dallmer , or

approved equal.

- Sanitary fixtures to be as requested by the architect.

- Closed expansion tanks to be as manufactured by Salmson or approved

equal.

- Automatic air vents to be as manufactured by HONNEY WELL –

Braukman or approved equal.
- Grooved accessories for fire fighting to be UL/FM approved : PN30
(before PRV) or PN20 (after PRV) as manufactured by Victaulic ,
Shurjoint, or approved equal .

- Portable fire extinguisher to be as manufactured by AG , Viking, Kidde fire

system or approved equal.

- Sprinklers to be UL/FM approved, pendant type as manufactured by AG ,

Globe USA , VIKING or approved equal

- Zones control valves ,Butterfly valves , to be UL/FM approved as

manufactured by Fivalco USA , Victaulic or approved equal

- Fire hose reel to be BS standard as manufactured by SRI , Nafco , Safico

or approved equal .

- CO2 & FM-200 systems to be as manufactured by Kidde fire system ,

SIEX , JANUS or approved equal .

- Landing valves , Drain Valves to be UL/FM approved, as manufactured by

Giaccomini or approved equal .
