AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, EDGARDO ENGALAN GAMALO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of

Brgy. Talisay, Libagon, Southern Leyte after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say;

1. That I personally know the Spouses Felonilo M. Capilitan, being my close friend in the
same barangay;

2. That Felonilo Capilitan has a daughter named: JOY ANN MARIE CAPILITAN;

3. JOY ANN MARIIE CAPILITAN was married to HEATH RICHARDS, an American

Citizen;

4. They got to know each other since 2009 and live as husband and wife;

5. I knew this fact because we are close friend living in the same community;

6. That I executed this affidavit in order to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing,
to support that the Spouses JOY ANN MARIE CAPILITAN and HEATH RICHARDS
are good couple, and for whatever legal intents and purposes this may serve.
