Teachers must provide the level of competency, indicate a real life purpose,
show lifelong connections of different competencies, state a broad and general way.

 What have you learned ?

Answer the following assessment situations, what type of assessment would

you recommend, and why?

1. You want to determine whether the students possess the knowledge and skills
needed to begin the planned instruction.

The type of assessment I may recommend to this is Learners Characteristics

because the concept is to used in the sciences of learning and cognition to designate
a target group of learners and define those aspects of their personal, academic,
social, or cognitive self that may influence how and what they learn.

2.  You want to provide continuous feedback to students about their learning

successes and failures.

The type of assessment I may recommend to this is Employability Skills because

it was able to inform and by this a set of skills and behaviors that are necessary for
every job. Employability skills are sometimes called soft skills, foundational skills,
work-readiness skills, or job-readiness skills.
