Hey Team- I am so excited to get 2019 off to such a great start with you!
This program was inspired by so many of the great leaders I have been
fortunate to train and develop through the years.
I realized that so many "goal-setting" programs were based on theory and not
on "practical".
2019- Your Best Year Yet changes that. The change starts now.
These exercises and questions are 100% real life, and by the end of the
program, you will have your own DAILY PROCESS and ACTION PLAN ready
to go!
Now- let's dive in and make the magic happen! There is greatness in all of us, it

achieve their goals. Many, do not even remember their goals!

In life, there are 2 types of people: those who know exactly what they want and those
who know what they want but are afraid to take action. That is it. We all know deep
down what we want. If we can quiet the noise enough, we can actually begin to hear
and feel again what that really is. The next step, is overcoming ourselves, our fears,
and our excuses so we can begin the process of achievement. The reality is, you do not
need another "program", you need an action plan.

**THOSE 3 ACTION STEPS ARE
YOUR DAILY PROCESS.
Now, you must remember, the more times you take those 3-action
steps, and execute on your daily process, the better your chances
for success in all that you do. It will not come quick, but the feeling
of "moving" forward and feeling greater security will showcase
themselves in just a few days to weeks. Your process is the key to
achievement. DO NOT worry about hitting a big home-run; just
execute your process and the results will come.

2019 GAME-RULES
1. Your natural tendency will make you feel like you are not doing
enough- remember, process wins. Now you have one. Trust it.

2. Your desire to focus and do more than one thing will also be very
real- trust your process. It will get your results, then you can go
through the process again to create your next "process" for your
next goal.

3. Early on, you will want to go back to your "old" comfortable ways.
Those "ways" will keep you from going forward. Push through the
desire to stay the same.

4. Post Your ONE-GOAL in relevant places in your home/ office.

5. Write down this ONE-GOAL each day in your journal/ notebook.

6. Spend a few minutes each day thinking / visualizing about


accomplishing this goal and all the positive effects it will have on
you and those you listed as beneficiaries of your goal.
