Put your goals up in a place where you can see them every day. Honour and respect
yourself enough to be accountable for their achievement, and share your goals with
family and friends who will call you out on accountability. Just be sure to the pick
those people you can trust to support you through thick and thin.
It’s all very well to set goals however, they will remain just an idea unless you take
action steps to achieve them. Be it your habits, attitudes or time anagement, if you
want to see a change, you are going to have to change.
At the end of this next twelve months, you’ll have results of one kind or another. Will
they be the results you want or those you don’t? It’s your choice.
So with all that said and done, take this workbook seriously.
Take your goals seriously.
And take yourself seriously.

Goal Setting
Ever heard of the ‘Perfect Day’ exercise? Talk to any successful person and they most likely
would have done this before. It’s a visualisation exercise and requires you to be very open with
what you want. Here’s what to do.
For the next 2-5 minutes, close your eyes and imagine your perfect day. It can be anything you
want it to be. Are you on a beach with your family? Are you working from home and hitting the
gym every day?
