INTRODUCTION

“Psychotherapy” is an umbrella term that describes the use of psychological methods to

help a client overcome distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The purpose of
psychotherapy app is to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with the goal of
problem -solving or achieving higher levels of functioning. Psychotherapy app aims to
increase the individual’s sense of their own well-being.

One of the earliest forms of psychotherapy was psychoanalysis, in the late 19th century.
Psychoanalysis aims to help clients gain insights about unresolved issues from the past.

The type of psychotherapy used is often dependent on the individual, their particular
situation, and the problems from which they are suffering. Common types of
psychotherapy include behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, group, and a number of
others.

International reviews of scientific studies have concluded that psychotherapy is effective

for numerous conditions; however, some criticize its effectiveness in favor of biomedical
models.

hear’’. This app invites people to talk about their problems of all sorts. Our slogan is

alone in this fight of life”. It consists of the best therapists of the country. We have live
sessions, online session where people can talk about their problems. We have strict
privacy policy and will make sure that your chat and other personal data. We have our
app available in

Appstore, Play store. We have a dedicated site for online use and therapy centers
situated in the most populated parts in Dhaka. We currently have our offices in Gulshan
(near lake) and in Dhanmondi.

Managerial Team: COO (chief operating officer) will manage the business
operation, along with the development and administration of KEMON ACHO’s website
and App. She/he will set the schedules for different therapists. There will be a Chief
Technological Officer (CTO), She/he will look after our technological department and two
front line managers will work. Manager will manage everything inside the office. Under
CFO supervision there will be a Chief Accountant Officer (CAO) and a frontline manager

To start the business the total requirements and startup funding is 20, 00,000 taka and it
is raised from bank as loan of 5, 00,000 taka. Each of us will invest 3, 00,000 taka.
Invested capital of 3, 00,000 taka each and sums up total of 15 Lac taka. So, total
requirements and funds were raised.

Total Budget for the Business

On the first year the company’s profit may be none or very less because of the expenses
at the beginning. We will pay the loan with interest gradually within 3 years. All the profits
will be shared equally between the investors after paying all the expenses to run the
business. Taxes will be paid every year from the profit and all other debts of the
company.

Forecast:

This app estimates to earn less or none on the start-up year and fall on the next because
of the expenses to run the business and provide advertisements or other services
regarding the business. We are estimating to earn 12% of the investment which is 2,
40,000 Lac and the total is 22, 40,000 taka on the 3rd year. On the 4th year the
percentage will increase to 15% which is 3, 00,000 Lac and the sum is 23, 00,000 Lac
taka. 5th year the percentage increases to 18% 3, 60,000 which makes a total of 23,
60,000 Lac taka. We desire to increase if the business sets on the way toward the profit.

CONCLUSION:

A psychotherapy app which mainly focuses on helping people for the betterment of their
mental health. There is a lot that holds people back from trying out psychotherapy. One
of them is this misconception that you have to be a little mad to go and see a therapist. It
is actually for everyone. One can see a therapist in order solve their love life problems,
anxiety issues, family life or for the stress of their career. It is quite interesting that the
only qualification you need to go and see a therapist is that you have to be a normal
person. Another fact that holds people back is the cost but it really just depends on the
value you place on it as therapy is valuable because you can get to know about many
aspects of your life’s problem. At this app the price for therapy is less expensive. People
also fear that their information might get leaked but at our app we keep our client’s

information safe and secured. One of our goal is to make psychotherapy approachable
to as many people as we can with our end goal being to help all the people that are
afraid to ask for help from the fear of what society might think of them. People think that
why should we go to a therapist if we can talk about our problems with our friends but
the fact is that therapists are trained to listen and give you suggestions accordingly. It
written as our slogan also which is, we are here to hear. As therapists are trained to
listen and not to judge the people that use the app, they can share their problems with
ease.
