SUBJECT : Evaluation/Recommendation with Justification

This is in connection with the request of Continuance of Work Suspension for Construction /
Improvement of Access Roads Leading to Declared Tourism Destinations, S. Cabahug Street
Leading to International Hotel, Brgy. Mabolo, Cebu City. On the basis of submitted
documents, this office finds the request to be meritorious since it is not the fault of the
contractor and beyond the control of the Implementing Office that the contractor cannot
proceed due to pending of LGU permits and clearances.

Furthermore in accordance with Annex “K” of D.O. 70 series of 2017: Checklist of

Supporting Documents and Attachment for DoTS; Contract Time Suspension / Extension –
Additional supporting Documents for specific conditions:

K. Due to absence LGU permits / clearance / Homeowners Association

clearance / Permit

In view of the above evaluation, this request for continuance of work suspension order is
recommended for approval of the Regional Director, Ador G. Canlas, CESO IV.
