CRAFTED ORGANIZING:
Wrap & Carry Tanauan is in its 23 years of operation. Madam Francisca Torres Querrer, the
CEO started her business from rice selling until it became a supermarket. Since then, she wanted to
provide her customers every goods that they need. Last month, she just opened her 2nd branch, the
She has 5 children. One of these is Atty. Anna Marie Torres Querrer who is assigned to be
the Supervisor and Legal Adviser. Their business has no vision. What they believe is that they exist
because they want to provide the best affordable goods and want to build good rapport with their
customers. They are not after the money at all. They are enjoying what they are doing right now
In every business, there are challenges. Her mother way back then met a swindler. She
lost lots of money by putting trust to a person who fooled her. That time, she realized not to put full
trust to anyone especially if money is concerned. Last 2018, their business met a fire accident.
Almost 10 million was lost and the customers were afraid to transact with them again. Atty Querrer
did marketing just to regain the lost amount. It was hard but after 3 weeks, their customers went back.
Aside from this, they were also challenged with the new employees who did not function well. Some
were late. Some took absence without leave. Some did not get the proper information from customers.
Deliveries were inaccurate. There were thieves. Some were having illicit relationships. Drivers were
absent that is why the supervisor, Atty. Querrer did the deliveries.
Atty Querrer supervises everything. But it is harder now that they have 2 branches already
and is gaining more customers. According to her, they have department managers, but they lack a
