Process Engineer

Job Summary:

Provide support to production in the sustenance and improvement of product assembly, by pperforming
activities for the development and maintenance of manufacturing methods and processes to ensure
high productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

 Corresponds with the customer regarding technical issues and concerns related to the assembly
processes of the products.
 Performs orientation for the process
 Generates process flow or rework flow for every products
 Perform continuous process improvement by introducing new materials, processes, tools, and
jigs/ fixtures.
 Perform other duties as maybe assigned by the Process Engineering Head and Operation
Manager after due training/qualification.
 Set safety measures in the line.
 Monitors the implementation of 7S at his/her area of responsibility
 Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary
actions if the need arises.

Qualifications:

- Female
- Engineering Graduate
- Good analytical ability
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Possess good decision making skill
- Knowledgeable on MS Office particularly Excel, MS word, and power point
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
