1. Introduction

This document describes how to compute the intermodulation products from a selection of transmitters.
As a general matter, intermodulation products are generated from collocated transmitters or transmitters
located close to each other.

Intermodulation products can be performed up to 21st order, from 2 signals, 3 signals and 4 and 5 signals.

No need to have a coverage attached to each station, it is not used for intermodulation calculations
described in this document.

The intermodulation products calculations can be run from:

- Either "Rectangle selection/IM list...". In that case, the report will compute all intermodulation
products generated from the transmitted frequencies as defined in the general frequency and the
Tx channels;
- Or " Rectangle selection/IM plan...". In that case, the report will compute all intermodulation
products generated from all transmitted frequencies defined in the frequency plan attached to
each station.

The different calculation modes are described in the following sections.

2. Rectangle selection/IM list...

This feature will compute all intermodulation products generated by the frequencies transmitted from all
activated stations on the map.
If a single frequency is transmitted, the general frequency is sued. If multiple frequencies are transmitted,
they need to be populated in the "Channels" tab of each station parameters.

Intermodulation types and order: Select the intermodulation products to be considered, order and number
of signals.

Report all: In this mode, all intermodulation products will be listed. Activated stations only will be
considered.

Report selection: Only transmitted frequencies belonging to the selected range (Min and Max frequencies)
will be used to generate intermodulation products. Activated stations only will be considered.

Report only if intermod Rx frequency is in use: If checked, only the intermodulation frequencies that
intersect one of the receiving frequencies of the activated stations are listed. "Intersect" means that the
intermodulation frequency is in the range of a given receiving frequency +/- Rx bandwidth/2.
To use that option, the receiving frequencies must be set in the "Channels" tab of the activated stations.

Display graph: If checked, a graph will be first built showing the different intermodulation products found:

in the frequency plan attached to each activated station.

considered.
