To gain access to the Halloween Attendance please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Go to the Pink Cat Studio website and add the Halloween theme to you account.

You will see a thank you page that prompts you to log
in or create an account.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to add the
Halloween theme to your account.

On the Add a Product page, enter the following if the

numbers are not automatically filled in for you:

Step 2 – Play your game!

Your theme will appear on the My Purchases page. Simply

click on the picture to access the attendance program.

Introduction
The attendance program is run from the www.pinkcatstudio.com website so an internet connection is required to take
attendance. The first time that you use the program you will create an account, enter your student names, choose some
settings and then you will be ready to take attendance each day with no further setup.

Note: Some schools/districts block access to new websites by default and require approval to unblock them. If you are
unable to access the www.pinkcatstudio.com website from your classroom computer, you will need to put in a request for
access with your administration. This process typically takes a few days.

Below is a quick overview of the steps involved in setting up the attendance program. For detailed instructions, please see

Step 1: Enter your Students’ Names

Simply type your class list into the student editor and you will be ready to take attendance. You can use the same class list
in all of the attendance themes, so if you purchased more than one theme, you only have to enter students once.

Step 2: Choose Attendance Settings

Choose the attendance theme to enter the program and then select your settings. The program will remember your settings
so that the next time you take attendance you will not have to choose settings again unless you want to change them.

Step 3: Take Attendance

Click the Start button to take attendance.

How to Run the Attendance Program on an Interactive Whiteboard

Taking attendance on an interactive whiteboard is easy. Run the attendance program from the Pink Cat Studio website and
then project your screen onto your whiteboard.

An internet connection is required to use this product. Have fun taking attendance with this Halloween theme
interactive attendance program! Students touch their character when they arrive in class and their character
will enter the haunted house. The remaining characters left on screen make it easy for you to see who is
away that day. The program works for any class size.

This program is designed to be projected onto your SMARTBoard, Promethian, Mimio or Interactive
Whiteboard. It also works well when set up on a computer workstation.

FANTASTIC FEATURE #1 – Quick and Easy to Setup

Simply type in your students’ names one time, choose a few settings and you are ready to take attendance.
Your class list will work with all of my attendance themes so you only have to enter it once. It is also easy to
add or remove students throughout the year. Any changes you make to your class list will be reflected when
you run the attendance.

FANTASTIC FEATURE #2 – Optional Lunch Count Included

Lunch count is easy to set up. Simply choose the number of lunch options, give each option a name and
optional picture from the images provided. Students can then drag their character to their lunch choice. The
lunch option boxes keep a running total of the number of students so you can easily see the totals for each
option.

FANTASTIC FEATURE #3 – Optional Title, Question or Message

You can type any text to appear across the top of the screen. You could create a title such as “Have a
SPOOKY day!”, or ask a question of the day and have students answer by dragging their character to a box
with one of several possible answers.

Format:
The attendance program runs directly from the www.pinkcatstudio.com website. The website was created so
that you can easily take attendance and manage your class list. The first time that you visit the website you
will be asked to create an account. If you already have an account on www.pinkcatgames.com then you will
use that account as it is shared between the two websites. The following browsers are supported: Chrome,
Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
