 The theory I identified after

interviewing a faculty from this school
would be Max Weber’s Bureaucratic
Theory.
 In their school, teachers are assigned
for different major subjects ranging
from Math, Science, Filipino, Araling
Panlipunan and English.

 There are also people that holds

positions like the Principal, Vice-
Principal, Head Teachers, a Guidance
Counselors, Librarian, Subject Teachers
and Facilitators.
 The teachers are also selected based
on their performance under an interview
and their overall competency indicated
in their application letter and resume.

 The school also advocates uniformity.
