Snapshot of our order fulfilment process.

• Orders shall be placed via on-line EMPWR order tracker per SKU (flavor and language cluster) and via e-mail in order to be able to track the order date. A secured link will be
provided by the EMPWR customer service. All questions related to logistics, forecasts and orders can be addressed to css@empwrnutrition.com
• By the 3rd business day of the month M, Customer to send orders for pick-up of finished products in month M+1 and the forecast for pick-up in month M+2 (Forecast 1 or
FC1) and for pick-up in month M+3 (Forecast 2 or FC2). The production lead time of a standard product can be extended to 10 weeks maximum.
• Example: on January 3, the order is sent for pick-up between 1 and 28 February. The order also includes Forecast 1 for volume pick-up in March and Forecast 2 for pick-up in
April.
• The order is binding upon confirmation by EMPWR.
• Forecasts are binding for bespoke materials (mainly packaging) only.
