We are a protein bar manufacturer located in Jonava, Lithuania. We produce in a brand

new factory, which was opened in 2019 and has over 4 500 m2 of producon area. All of
the production processes are automated. We produce Private Label protein bars that at
the moment are sold in the EU.

SAFETY AND QUALITY

To guaranty the bar quality, safety and reliability we have implemented a global food
safety and quality standard - BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard for Food
Safety.

 PACKAGING

FLOWPACK

Here are two options we can print the foils (BOPP two layer, metalized inside):

Digital print: MOQ 50.000 foils per SKU, total cost ~1200 Eur (600 Eur material,
600eur, one time print preparation); lead time ~ 3 weeks.
Pantone print: MOQ 60.000 foils per SKU, total costs ~600 Eur + color cliche (1 color
cliche cost 80 Eur). Example: if there are 4 colors on design it means 4 color cliches;
lead time ~ 4 weeks.
Foil finishing: matt or shinny.

The leftover packaging material we store at our warehouse free of charge to use in the future produc-
tions. In case of discontinued bar production the packaging material has to be utilized, cost should
be covered by the customer. It is possible to order less foils, however the amount to pay will be the
same.

BOXES

Here are two options we can produce the display boxes:

Paper based: MOQ 10.000 boxes (290GSM thickness box, possible to combine mul-
tiple designs in MOQ), total cost ~1700-2200 Eur (depending on no. of design com-
bined into MOQ); lead time ~ 4 weeks. This option requires an outer carton box (trans-
portation), cost 0.4 Eur/box. Box composition can be agreed later.
Estimated bars on the pallet 7500- 9000 bars.
Carton based: MOQ 5.000 boxes (possible to combine multiple designs), total costs
~3000 Eur; lead time ~ 4 weeks. Boxes can be loaded straight on the pallet.
Estimated bars on the pallet 3000- 5000 bars. Limited box layers (height). Palletization
(number of bars stacked) is usually smaller compared to paper based boxes.

The leftover packaging material we store at our warehouse free of charge to use in the future produc-
tions. In case of discontinued bar production the packaging material has to be utilized, cost should
be covered by the customer. It is possible to order less boxes, however the amount to pay will be the
same.
