I, CATHERINE PASCO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Pakpakan, Basak, Lapu-Lapu, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

That I currently work as court processor at RTC Branch 68 of Lapu-Lapu City

with office address at Hall of Justice, Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu;

That as such, one of my duties and responsibilities is to serve personally the

Court Orders and other legal processes of this Honorable Court;

That on 3 May 2021, I served the Court Order dated 3 May 2021 to ATTY.
JOHN LOYD CRUZ, as counsel for petitioner, in his office address at Group 1 Law
Firm, Counsel for Petitioner 2/F Yampoy Bldg., F. Martir St., Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu
City, Cebu, Philippines which was personal received him as indicated by him signature
affixed at the lower portion of the duplicate copy thereof;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing facts and to support the case entitled In the Matter of the Intestate Estate of
Spouse Juan and Juana Dela Cruz.
