PROJECT TITLE: WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

GOAL STATEMENT: Develop Warehouse Management System to handle the material and monitor the production status for same

OBJECTIVE 1: Finalizing Dashboards, Flow chart and Report Formats

ACTIVITIES/TASKS OUTPUTS

1.1 Finalizing WMS Web Portal for Issuing material  Completed dashboard screens for WMS

OBJECTIVE 2: Setting up BARCODE SCANNER AND PRINTER

ACTIVITIES/TASKS OUTPUTS

2.1 Setting up BARCODE SCANNER/STATUS UPDATE  Accurate status update of material in WMS and Server.
Required from AALAMI ENGINEERING.:  High speed data communication from WMS to PMS Server to Android app.
 Providing Android application where you can select
work order number and then update the status of
material through barcode reader or manually through
dropdown ( as desired by bajaj),
 Recording inputs from the android application and
sending data to Server when requested.
 Production count at every production stage to be
captured and uploaded in WMS.

Required from BAJAJ:

 Reliable network connectivity setup specifically for
android application, to enable interference free
dataflow between application and server and software,
as there is no provision for storing data on android app
 Getting Barcode label printed at each stage containing
required information
 Android phone or tab for installing and operating app
(minimum Android OS version must be 5.0 and upper)
2.2 Connectivity from WMS to Android App

 Installation of WMS in BAJAJ server and getting app
ready for communication between both.

OBJECTIVE 7: Uploading Image of Inspection

7.1 To Upload the image of Inspection @ 10 positions  Inspection images at ten positions will be available in WMS.
