Orientation / Grid / Coordinates as per part drawings.
Material check prior to installation.Each piece appropriately match
marked/column,bracings,purlins,etc.
Surface treatment checked prior to installation and identified.
Cleats/hole centre’s checked before installation.
Member size as per location erection drawing
Ensure corrective measures are in place to appropriately repair any misaligned
holes prior to installation.
Bolting to grade 8.8 and torqued.
Platform ( Location, Type and Detail )
Handrail / Grating ( Location, Type and detail )
Stair / Lader ( Location ,Type and detail )
Any remedial work conducted to during construction(burrs,slag,spatter)
appropriately cleaned prior to final surface treatment ( Painting,etc.)
Site Painting to comply with the appropriate surface protection specification.
