PROCEDURE NEEDED MATERIALS
Set Furnace Machine temperatrure to 550°C
1 (Stress Relief) and wait until it reach the set #32 Hydrulic Oil (For Quenching)
temperature Coconut Charcoal (Supply Carbon to the Material)
Prepare Material to be Harden in Square Quenching Oil Box

Stainless Box Material Box (SS plate 4mm Thickness)
Thermal Gloves
3 Add Coconut Charcoal
Hardening Furnace Plier Holder
When Furnace Temperature is Ready, Load

Material into the Furnace for 1 hour
Note: If hardness does not meet, Increase temperature by

HARDENING PROCESS
NEEDED MATERIAL
#32 Hydrulic Oil (For Quenching)
Coconut Charcoal (Supply Carbon to the Material)
Set Furnace Machine temperatrure to 550°C
(Stress Relief) and wait until it reach the set Quenching Oil Box
1 temperature. Note: Material Box (SS plate 4mm Thickness)
we need to wait until we reach the 550°C Thermal Gloves
before we start the operation.

2 Prepare Material to be Hardened in Square


Stainless Box Note: The hardness result must be in 50-55HRC To proceed
tempering processed of 380°C for 2 hours.

3 Add Coconut Charcoal

When Furnace Temperature is Ready, Load


550°C starting point Material into the Furnace for 1 hour MACHINE TYPE:
650°C Pre-heat 4 NABERTHERM FURNACE
NOTE: As an obrservation we reach this
550°C for almost 4 hours MOD: N 40 E 230V 1/N/PE
930°C Hardening MAX. TEMP 1300°C
