 Self-Priming Monoblock Pumps
"LUBI" brand Self Priming Monoblock Pumps, 2880 RPM are manufactured under strict quality control measure, adopted for efficient and reliable
for operation.
GENERAL FEATURES
Pump casings, Adaptor, Stator body, Endshield is made of close grained Cast Iron of
high tensile strength and has a very smooth surface finish resulting in low friction losses.
High tensile brass impeller is used to give trouble free service.
Self Priming capacity of pumps upto 6 meters.
The laminations are non-oriented silicon steel & confirms to IS-648.
Motor windings are vacuum impregnated with synthetic varnish for better moisture resistance.
Superior mechanical shaft seal for longer life and effective sealing against water leakage.
The pressure die cast rotor runs on two genuine sealed ball bearings.
Grease lubricated anti-friction ball bearings are fitted at both ends to withstand radial and axial loads.
Better insulating materials are used so that pumpset can withstand high temperature rise.

For Aluminium Series

Available in Die Cast Body / Aluminium extruded body
Available with handle & three colour combination paints.
Closed capacitor, hence the problem of water entering in the capacitor & transit damages are totally avoided.
Thermal overload protector (T.O.P.) is provided for safety of winding of the pumpset.
Spring loaded non-return valve to ensure leak-proof sealing.

STANDARD MOTOR
The motor is totally enclosed and fan cooled (TEFC)
Motor with specification of IS : 996 & IEC : 34-1
Class 'B' insulation is used.
The stainless steel shaft is ground finished.
The motors are of the capacitor Start & Run (CS & R) design giving high starting torque.
2-pole induction motor.
Input supply condition is single phase, 230V, 50 Hz
Voltage Range 180V-240V
