    HARARE HEALTH AND RESEARCH CONSORTIUM (HHRC)

    Board Resolution of The Executive Committee

    This serves to confirm that at the 1st meeting of the Harare Health and Research
    Consortium (HHRC) Committee was held on Thursday the 25 th of February 2021 via
    Zoom commencing at 5pm. The following resolutions were passed and unanimously
    approved by all Executive Committee members present:

     It was resolved that HHRC shall open bank accounts with commercial banks
    both in Zimbabwe and in the Southern African region.
     It was further resolved that the under mentioned be the signatories for the
    organization on all bank application forms,
