<Symptom>
Fluctuated vertical line (in the sub scanning direction) may occur on the image read by the Reader (Figure P-1).
<Cause>
The tension of the belt of the Reader Optical Motor is low.

<Factory Measures>
The tension of the belt of the Optical Motor is doubled (the pressure of the Spring: FU7-2592 is increased).

Servicing Work:
If the above symptom occurs, replace the Spring (FU7-2592) with the new type by referring to 'How to Replace the
Spring' below.
