National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council}

Objective: Strengthen the support to the implementation and coordination of the school
strategy for the Disaster Risk Reduction to improve coherence with climate change.
July 1, 2021 – I conduct meeting regarding the Disaster Risk Reduction Preparedness
Month.
Agenda:
 Upcoming Earthquake Drill
 Student Awareness and Dissemination on July 25, 2021
 Natural Disasters
 School Safety
 Problem and needs of the school
 Every Department should have Emergency supply
 Task of Chairman of each committee for this month of July
 Other concern
Some of the chairmen of each committee assigned on that day is not available on that
particular time and day that is why I was assigned others to temporarily take over their
place to re-echo what we have agreed.
The Teachers will conduct a Student Awareness and Dissemination about Disaster Risk
Reduction Seminar .And their presence during this day is highly appreciated.
