Exposition!

Drug abuse is the repeated and excessive use of drugs. It impacts a person’s
mental as well as physical health negatively causing a major damage to the brain.
Drug abuse hampers a person’s power to practice self-control and interferes with
their ability to resist the urge to take drugs. During all this research it was very
hard to find valid information on the internet or anywhere else and when I did I
sometimes wanted to stop writing about it just due to the fact of the reason
people abuse drugs and seeing what it does to them.
While even though at the same time some people can use recreational
and prescriptiondrugs without becoming addicted many other individuals who
start using drugs become physically and emotionally dependent on them, “All the
suffering, stress, and addiction comes from not realizing you already are what you
are looking for.“ said byJon Kabat-Zinn which is saying people thinking it can or
would make them feel better about their selves.
There are many reasons to why people chose to take drugsand some of them are:
 Pressure at Work
 Family Issues
 Growing Competition in Schools and Colleges
 Relationship Problems
 Financial Issues
 Feeling of Emptiness
In conclusion I would love to state thateducation is extremely important in
preventing drug abuse. Understanding how drug abuse leads to addictionand
