HM403C
HM403C is a three-channel heat treatment unit for Tecnical data
preheating and annealing metal objects. Setting, control,

HM403C has three heating channels and three independent Weight 150 kg
programming alternatives. The signal lights of HM403C will
alarm of any disturbances of the electric network and/or the
heating elements, and of any other disturbances during the
heat treatment.
SIGNAL LIGHT SYSTEM PREHEATING RESISTORS
HM406 has a signal light system, which assist the user to state
the operating status of the device and heating elements.

VET preheating resistors are designed for preheating flat and

cylindrical objects. Ceramic beads, covered by a fireresistant
net, is used for thermal insulation.

Three white lights indicate the status of the electric network.
Big green light indicates, that HM403C is connected to the
electric network.
Small green lights indicates the status of the process and are
giving signal of an alarm.
Red lights indicate that the resistors are recieving heating energy

HEATING PROCESS
VEK preheating resistors are designed for preheating flat
objects. Mineral wool and ceramic beads are used for thermal
insulation.
VLV channel resistors can be used for preheating and annealing.
They can also be used as power source for temporary furnaces.
The spiral resistance wire, heated by low voltage enegry, is
placed inside ceramic insulation beads, which stand very high
temperatures. The resistor is placed inside a heat resistant case.

HeatMaster Temperature Control System is used for the control,
monitoring and documentation of heat treatment processes.

ANNEALING RESISTORS
A flexible, multifibre resistor cable, heated by low voltage energy,
is placed inside ceramic insulation beads. The material of the
tails does not heat up during the heat treatment.
VHV annealing resistors are designed for the preheating, stress
relief annealing and normalization of objects with bend or flat
surface

VHY connection resistors are designed for annealing tube

connections and outlets. The shape of the resistor enables to
place it near to the welding seam.

VHVP annealing resistors are designed for preheating, stress

relief annealing and normalization of tubes with small diameters.
