In the interest of the service and to provide opportunities for our workers to be
certified under the qualifications that require team assessment, Section III, C.2 of
TESDA Circular No. 045 series of 2021 Omnibus Guidelines for TVET under the New
Normal Arrangements shall be amended as follows:

C.2 Assessment Qualifications that require
team assessment shall not
be allowed to be conducted
through face-to-face
assessment areas under
GCQ.
Qualifications that
require team assessment
without close body
contact shall be allowed
to be conducted through
face-to-face assessment
in areas under GCQ,
provided that minimum
public health standards
are observed.

This Circular shall take effect immediately and shall amend any other issuances
inconsistent herewith.
