This document will detail the roles and responsibilities of a Campus Strategizer and lay out the

T&Cs to be followed throughout the duration of the program.

About the Program:

1. The duration of the program is 6 weeks from 9th September to 21st October 2020.
2. The roles and responsibilities of the Campus Strategizers are:
a. Resolving the queries of their college mates/other friends regarding TRBS
b. Communicating the TRBS events and workshops details to their college mates
3. The Campus Strategizers will receive some weekly strategies from TRBS to help them
achieve their objectives.
4. All communications with Campus Strategizers will take place via a WhatsApp Group.
Please do not call the organizers unless it is something very urgent.
5. The winners of the program will be decided based on the points scored in the
Leaderboard (please refer to the section ‘TRBS CS Leaderboard’).

Terms & Conditions:

 All the Campus Strategizers will receive the gifts and certificates (please refer to ‘TRBS
CS Prizes’) on the condition of getting at least 50 points in the Leaderboard.
(Please note that under no circumstances would a certificate be provided under the
above-mentioned threshold, even if it is 49 points)
 Campus Strategizers may be asked to share the photographs of the gifts and goodies
received to be put up on social media platforms of TRBS.
 The use of the TRBS/IIMA logo is not allowed without the permission of TRBS.
Violation of this rule could lead directly to eviction.
 TRBS can use the data collected by Campus Strategizers for promotional purposes.
 In case of violation of rules, TRBS holds the right to disqualify any Campus Strategizer.
In case of ties, TRBS has the sole discretion to select the winners.
 TRBS won’t be held liable for delays caused by partner vendors

Next Steps:

1. Kindly go through the two sections ‘TRBS CS Leaderboard’ and ‘TRBS CS Prizes’ to
understand about the Points System and the Prizes.
2. After going through everything, fill the acknowledgement Google form to accept the
offer of becoming a Campus Strategizer of your college. On the final page of the Google
form, you’d also find the link to join our WhatsApp group. Please do that.
3. Check your code from the excel sheet provided and make sure the registrations you
get enter that code on D2C/TRBS Website while registering for an event.

Team TRBS reserves the right to change the rules at any point of the program.

Based on the two kinds of leaderboards detailed in the document titled ‘TRBS CS
Leaderboard’, you will be awarded weekly as well as at the end of the program.

3. Workshop Discounts

Solely based on the number of students who register from your college for workshops, you
will get the following discount on your own workshop packs:

10-20 registrations: Bronze certification + 10% discounts on workshop packs

20-30 registrations: Silver certification + 20% discounts on workshop packs
30-45 registrations: Gold certification + 30% discounts on workshop packs
45+ registrations: Platinum certification + 50% discounts on workshop packs

Assured Gifts for all the Campus Strategizers

As listed in the document titled ‘TRBS CS Instructions’, all the Campus Strategizers are eligible to
avail the incentives conditioned at a minimum score of 50 points on the leaderboard. Every
Campus Strategizer who gets at least 50 points will get:

 Certificate of Participation from TRBS, IIM Ahmedabad

 TRBS 2020 T-shirt
 5% discount on any workshop pack

Note - Dispatch of gifts to all CSs: These gifts (along with the overall gifts if you have any)
will be sent to you within 25 days of the announcement of the overall result.
 TRBS CS LEADERBOARD

A Leaderboard is a tracker of your performance available on the TRBS website (iima- trbs.in). We
maintain two kinds of leaderboards:

1. Weekly Leaderboard
2. Overall Leaderboard

Both the Leaderboards:

 Show the ranks, names, colleges, and points of the top 30 scorers.
 Get updated twice a week after 3 days (once on Wednesday and once on Sunday). So,
for a total of 8 weeks, there will be 16 updates.
 Will get you prizes based on your rank in the leaderboard (please refer to the section
titled ‘TRBS CS Prizes’ to know more about the Prizes).

Relevance of the Weekly Leaderboard

Most leaderboards track only overall (cumulative) performance. We understand that due to your
academic occupancy, you might miss out working on certain weeks leading to a lower rank in the
Overall Leaderboard.

To compensate, we have a Weekly Leaderboard this year. Now, every week is a chance to start
afresh (from 0 points) to score the highest and get some weekly gifts.

Here is an illustration:

If you scored 30 and 80 points in the first 2 weeks and 90 points in this week, the weekly and
overall leaderboards will show your score as follows:

How to obtain the points for the Leaderboards?

There are 3 ways in which points can be obtained by the Campus Strategizers –

Events - 1 point

Workshops – 20 points Referrals – 20 points

For each event registration (free of cost and in some cases paid) from your college, 1 point will be
awarded to you. Here, one registration implies one team registering for the event.

For each workshop registration (paid) from your college, 20 points will be awarded to you. If a
person registers for a pack of 3 workshops, 60 points will be awarded.

Referral Program- explained earlier during selection

You had the option of entering referrals in your submission. Those folks will be sent a task in the
next 2-3 days. If we receive a submission from these candidates, we will add 20 points (per
candidate) to your performance score in the final week of the CS program. The only condition is
that these candidates must score at least 50 points once the CS program begins as per the
scoring system mentioned earlier.

So, if your referrals do well, they would be boosting your scores. You can refer up to 10 candidates.

Please note that your registrations should enter your email/code while registering on D2C.
