Verification of Names of
Candidates for Graduation
 Verification of Names

• June 16 – June 30, 2021

• The Registrar’s Office will send an email link to those
students who filed for graduation
 Payment of Graduation Fees

• All graduating students will be charged Php1,700.00 to

cover the costs associated with credential processing.

• Deadline for payment of the said graduation fee is on/or

before July 24, 2021.
Documents that will be issued by the Registrar’s Office after
Graduation:
CREDENTIAL DATE OF RELEASING
1 copy of Diploma with SO number TBA (will depend on CHED’s release date of SO
numbers – approx. 6 months after graduation)

1 copy of Diploma with SO number TBA (will depend on CHED’s release date of SO

1 copy of Transcript of Records without SO

number (digital release August 28, 2021

1 copy of Certificate of Graduation (digital

Other credentials may be requested with a corresponding fee.

 Important Dates

•Clearance must be submitted and completely signed on or before July 31,

2021.
•Final Exam for Graduating Students
July 12 to 17, 2021
•Virtual Commencement Exercises
August 14, 2021
 Candidates for Graduation

Only those students who have completed the curriculum

and other requirements of the school two weeks before
the graduation will take part in the commencement
exercises.

 DATA PRIVACY CONSENT FORM

1. The graduation will be fully conducted online and will be streamed on

iACADEMY’s official YouTube channel which is accessible, searchable by the
general public either through direct search or through the site-generated link.

2. The video, along with the photos submitted by the students, which will be
reflected on, or appear on the computer or any device will be recorded and
viewable to all. Any awards or citations received will also appear next to or
under your name and image.

3. iACADEMY shall not be held liable to the recording, download, or any

reproduction of the graduation ceremony by its viewers or the general public
as provided herein, whether through an internal program/app or device (laptop
or mobile phone, or through an external video or voice recording device (a
mobile phone or video or tape recorder)).

4. Your consent to the participation in the virtual graduation, as described

above, means that the viewers will be able to see your image, and other
personal information (name, program/specialization, awards/citation) as
customarily provided or disclosed or announced in a face-to-face graduation
ceremony.

5. You may give your consent to your participation and inclusion in the above-
described graduation ceremony and submit your image through this Google
Form.

Deadline: June 21, 2021, 11:59pm

Failure to submit photo within the prescribed period = the logo of the School
will be placed next to your name and any citations, if any.

Guidelines
 FORMAL & CREATIVE BATCH PHOTO

Reminders for the formal photos:

• Wear formal attire for the formal photos which are formal and decent
• White background
• Half body photo
• Please pose looking directly toward the camera lens

For your Game Changing creative photo, this can be a half body or a whole
body photo with the following themes only:
• Dream career profession
• Photo with your pet
• Photo with you showing your best work/ project
• Photo of your proudest moment in school
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION

• These photos will be uploaded on the same Data Privacy Google Form that
Ms. Colleen has mentioned and will be emailed to you by
osas@iacademy.edu.ph
• Photos should be in .PNG or .JPEG format
• Photos should be in a large file format (at least 6mb plus for photo quality)
• Photos should also have an allowance above the head and down to the
thigh for photo cropping purposes
• All photos should be decent and not have any lewd poses
• All batch photo submissions should be submitted by STRICTLY by June 21,
2021, 11:59pm through the Google Form
• Photo submissions will be screened by OSAS
• Please follow the guidelines and format. We will observe a “No submission,
No photo” rule
 PROFESSIONAL EDITING OPTION

• Coordinate with Henrri Roldan or Jean Dolosa of Colorpoint Classic, Inc at (02)
8781-5650 or email them directly at colorpoint_classic@yahoo.com
• The same deadlines for this must be observed
• Once your soft copy has been edited by Colorpoint Classic, Inc. , you should
upload this on the same Google Form on or before June 21, 2021, 11:59pm
• Photos not uploaded on the drive by the deadline will not be included in
the graduation ceremony video
Online Graduation
 ONLINE GRADUATION

• Your names will be announced by your College Dean, together with your
respective awards. Your batch photo will be shown onscreen
• The iACADEMY College Class of 2021 Graduation Ceremonies will be
held on August 14, 2021. Time will be announced via email
• The event will be broadcasted via the official Facebook and YouTube
pages of iACADEMY. The links to the sites where the ceremony will be
shown will be sent to all graduating students via email and announced on
NEO
