Answer
1. First, the organizer of the primary level Public Health Efforts (PHE) in the region;
Secondly, as a center of data and health information providers in the working area,
it is also linked to its role as a driver for health-oriented development in its region,
and; Third, as an organizer of quality primary and first-level Individual Health
Efforts (IHE) and service-oriented users.
2. Puskesmas health efforts include: HEALTH PROMOTION, Counseling, PHBS
assessment. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM, MOTHER AND
CHILD HEALTH AND KB, Maternal Health regarding family planning,
PREVENTION AND ERADICATION OF communicable diseases,
immunizations, COMMUNITY NUTRITION IMPROVEMENT EFFORT, Macro
Nutrition Management, Community nutrition education, and treatment efforts.

1. What is the condition of patients who can be treated and can be maintained in
the ER of the public health center?
2. What are the types / levels of community health centers? Explain what you
know.
3. What type of inpatient rooms are provided at the community health center?
Answer
1. The condition of the patient who can be maintained in the emergency room at the
puskesmas is a patient whose illness is mild. If the patient's illness is severe, it is
better not to maintain it in the emergency room at the puskesmas, preferring the
patient to be taken to the hospital.
2. What I know is that there are two types of puskesmas level:
1. health center care (inpatient).This Puskesmas aims to increase access for the
community to care and treatment.
2. non-maintenance health center. Types of non-maintenance health centers only
provide outpatient health services.
3. 1. Outpatient care;
2. Emergency Services;
3. One day care;
4. Home care; and / or
5. Inpatient based on consideration of health service needs.
