CAUSE

<Bug 14067642> - EM12C INCIDENT MANAGER OFM-99998 [JAVA.LANG.NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION] \

Two classes are missing from the file mos.jar.

SOLUTION

This bug is fixed in the Plug-in Enterprise Manager for My Oracle Support Release 12.1.0.3 available in Enterprise
Manager Cloud Control Release 12.1.0.2.

If you cannot upgrade to Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Release 12.1.0.2 and/or then download and deploy the
Plug-in Enterprise Manager for My Oracle Support Release 12.1.0.3, please:

Download and apply the Patch 14067642 to the Plug-in ORACLE_HOME of the Cloud Control OMS Release 12.1.0.1,
Plug-in for My Oracle Support Release 12.1.0.2.

Follow the instructions provided in the README, taking special care of the environment variable settings.
