About the trek
Duration: 9N / 10D ** Rs. 35,000/-

Start & End Points: Leh
Sketch Itinerary
Day 1: Pickup from Leh Airport & transfer to hotel. Take a full day rest for
acclimatization
Day 2: Walking tour of Leh town/ market to further acclimatise ourselves
Day 3: Rest day at Leh before the trek along with Medical check up by Govt.
appointed doctor
Day 4: Leh to Nimoo – Sumdado - Chiling - Tilatdo campsite (1 hour) from
where we trek to Shingra Gongma. First Overnight @ Camp
Day 5: Shingra-gongma to Deepyokma (3300m) (5 hours of walking) where
you will see a number of caves - Tsomo Paldar, naturally flowing spring
water
Day 6: Deepyokma to Nyarakpulu (3400m) (5-6 hours of walking). Another 1
hour walk up along with a small stream & you will reach a beautiful village
called Nyarak. From here Singee-La is visible, which is a summer trekking
pass. Today is the day when you see the BIG frozen water fall
Day 7: Nyarakpulu to Deepyokma (3300m) (5 hours of walking)
Day 8: Walk back the same route till Shingra Gongma (4 hours of trekking)
Day 9: Deepyokma/ Tilatdo/ Chilling/ Leh (3200m). (3 hour trek & 2 hour
drive)
Day 10: Fly back home with lifetime memories

 2. Snow Leopard Trek – Spiti Valley,
Himachal Pradesh

Sketch Itinerary
Day 1: Pickup from Shimla Bus stand and drive to Rekong Peo (228 km - 6 hrs)
Day 2: : Rekong Peo - Nako - Tabo – Dhankar - Kaza – Ki - Kibber (218 km - 6
hrs)
Day 3: Probable Snow Leopard Sighting – Kibber
Kibber - Snow Leopard spotting excursion
Total Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm (Snow Leopard hike and excursion)
Head out into the pastures around Kibber national park, depending on the
movement of the “Grey Ghost”, the Snow Leopard. We will change our
location according to the updates shared by the spotters.
Day 4: Probable Snow Leopard Sighting – Kibber. Another adventurous day of
Snow Leopard and high- altitude Himalayan wildlife!
Day 5: Probable Snow Leopard Sighting – Kibber
Total Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm (Snow Leopard hike and excursion)
Today, we will explore the areas around Chicham in Kibber National Park. This
sanctuary is home to some exotic high-altitude Himalayan wildlife like Ibex,
Snow Leopard, Blue Sheep and birds such as Bearded Eagle Griffons, and
Snow Cock etc.
Day 6: Kibber – Kaza – Rekong Peo ( 218 km - 6 hrs)
Day 7: Rekong Peo – Sarhan – Shimla (228 km - 6 hrs)
Inclusions:
• Services of an experienced trip leader and guide
• Pick up from and drop to Shimla
• All transport throughout the trip in Tata Sumo or like
• Stay in comfortable rooms on triple sharing at the home stays
• Meals - Breakfast, Refreshments, Lunch, Dinner

high altitude driver and support staff

• Lunch in dhabha/restaurant during travel (shimla-kibber-shimla) on days 1,
2, 6 and 7
• Cost of rescue, evacuation, hospitalization, etc.
• Any expenses of purely personal nature like laundry, phone/Fax calls, tips
to drivers, guides, any beverages and any other personal items
• Any expenses that arise due to change in itinerary and increase in no. of
days because of natural forces like landslides, weather, roadblocks, flight
cancellations, sickness etc.
