Duration: 4 Days & 3 Nights
Region: Uttarakhand
SKETCH ITINERARY
DAY 1: DEHRADUN – TEHRI RETREAT (SURSINGDHAR) [DRIVE - 3 -3.5 HRS]

• Depart from the school by 8:00 a.m. for Sursingdhar.


• Reach the campus by 11:00 a.m.
• Brief by the instructors on the flow of the program and the do’s and don’ts. This would
be followed by an early lunch.
• Post lunch sessions on Ropes & Knots followed by adventure activities like Valley
Crossing& Tree Jumarring.
• Return to the campus by late evening when the students would have some
leisure time.
• Towards evening a session on recap of the day’s learning followed by dinner and
lights off.
DAY 2: SURSINGDHAR – SURKANDA DEVI TEMPLE - DHANAULTI (VIA KANATAL)
(DRIVE/ 3 -3.5 HRS & TREK/1.5 - 2 HRS)

• Wake up in the morning to wonderful views of the big Himalayan peaks.


• Post breakfast, drive to Surkanda Devi Temple. Surrounded with picturesque natural
beauty, the Surkanda Devi Temple is easily accessible through a trek of about 1.5kms.
• Post Lunch we set off on a drive to Dhanaulti where we make a pit stop to visit the
Dhanaulti Eco Park.
• Spend some time here and then return to the lodge through the forests at Kanatal.
• In the evening, we will share the experience with other participants & instructors
followed by dinner.
DAY 3: SURSINGDHAR – RISHIKESH (DRIVE/ 3 HRS)

• Today post breakfast, we will drive to Tehri Lake in a drive of 45 mins.


• Indulge in water sports at Tehri Lake.
• Post early lunch depart for Rishikesh.
• Check into the hotel at Rishikesh.
• Post lunch, head to Laxman Jhula& Ram Jhula
• Towards evening attend the evening aarti by the Ganges.
• Return to the hotel by late evening.
• Dinner in the hotel.
• Overnight in the hotel.
DAY 4: RISHIKESH- DEHRADUN
• Post breakfast, depart for onward destination.
• Trip ends here!
