Stuffed Hasselback Po-
tatoes
Using sliced aged Cheddar
cheese, gently pull apart thawed
Hasselback Potatoes and
interleave cheese as desired, 6-8
slices per potato. Bake 20 minutes
or until cheese is melted and
potatoes are warmed throughout.
Sprinkle with cooked bacon bits
and serve.

While these molten lava cakes are perfect just as they are, try a simple recipe
to take them over the top. After following the preparation instructions, place
the cake in the center of the plate. Dust with confectionary sugar and garnish
with raspberries and mint leaves.
Or try drizzling Rasperry Coulis
on the plate, underneath the cake.
Combine thawed raspberries,
simple syrup, and Gran Marnier
liqueur in the blender and puree
and puree until smooth. Add a
dollop of whipped cream.
