System in their frame work stands for rules and regulation, procedure and practices that must be
allowed to carry out the task in the organization. Good system adds to the efficient working in
the organization.

 Day to day updation have to be properly checked, verified, signed and filed on daily
basis.
 Maintain and update competitor advertisement monitoring reports in respect of missing
ads in the region and also has to maintain MIS report delineating market share and
volume of the generate for the given period of time and update the same to reporting to
the immediate reporting authority on weekly basis.
 Regular follow up with the outstanding due.

3. style:-

It includes leadership style of top management and overall oprating style of the organization.
Style impacts the norms people follow and their work and interacts with each other and
customer.

future. This can be analyzed through SWOT analysis.
