Preparation work Refer to Apendix 1
Prepare and install next to the Multipurpose line connection with HG PLS Line the HDPE Tee Piece as per Iso Drawing
Prepare and Install the 3 90° Bend next Multipurpose line connection with HL PLS Line, with Isolation valve at the End BF and w
Tee Piece to the Bend
Fabricate pipe support and shims as per drawing ( will be provided)
Prepare SS Tee Piece as per drawing

Tie In Work during the shutdown ( Refer to Appendix 1

Work Inside the SX

Remove the 90° DN350 SS Bend at the feed line of E1 Mixer tank HG
Lift the HDPE Pipe and put some shims on the pipe support to give more room to install the new Tee Piece
Install the new tee piece and connect it to the Reducer
Install the KF valve located to isolate the old PLS Feed Pipe
Install another KF to Isolate the Line B
Install Pipe Stand

Work on the Pond area

Remove pipe connecting Multipurpose line to the discharge line of HG PLS Pump next to the Isolation valve
Install the Tee Piece that is already connnect to the Bends
Prior Commission work after the shutdown
