 I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the people who have
been instrumental in the successful completion of this virtual rope in
programme for zone -3.
I would like to thank Mr. Christopher K Raj, Director NTTF, for his
enlightening ideology on conducting virtual rope in programme.
I would like to express my immense gratitude to Mr. Rajiv T K, for his
guidance & support during conduction of virtual rope in programme.
I owe my profound gratitude to Mr. Banu Prasad S (Unit Head-NTTF
VTC), who took keen interest on conducting virtual rope in programme across
the zone.
I am deeply indebted and grateful to my colleagues Mr. Kesava
Prasath G, Mr.Narayanan M , Mr. Santhosh E, Mrs. Saranya K for their
advice, guidance and support throughout the rope in programme.
I also extend my sincere thanks to all my staff members NTTF-VTC for
their constant support and encouragement.
Finally, I also extend my sense of gratitude and sincere thanks to all
teaching and non-teaching staff of NTTF zone-3 and all my colleagues and
well-wishers those who have helped me directly or indirectly to perform the
virtual rope in programme.

 OBJECTIVE

“ The objective of the rope in programme was to provide a bridge between

the trainees and the institution to adapt themselves to the culture of NTTF
through the process of learning and unlearning. It also provides an intellectual
platform to showcase their talent and to bring the best out of them.
”

 INTRODUCTION

Prior to the virtual programme, all the centres were grouped into four
zones. We zone-3 included VTC, KTC, and SNTC. Separate session plan has
received from head office and the internal plans had done accordingly. Each
day was consisting three sessions which includes thought for the day and
Human Relation Principle (HRP) with 6 days of schedule.

On the first day (07-09-2020) three Sessions were conducted which

includes Chief Guest Address, Staff & trainees introduction.

The virtual rope in programme was inaugurated with auspicious tamil

thai vazhthu and lamp lighting.

The inaugural function was attended by Chief Guest Dr. Vasudevan R,

Professor and Dean, School of mechanical engineering, VIT University,
Mr. Banu Prasad S, Principal NTTF-VTC, Mr.Mani Mozhi P Div. Manager
(accounts), Mr.Viswanathan V, Principal NTTF-KTC, Mr. R G K Nair,
Principal NTTF-SNTC, trainees and other staff members.

The inaugural ceremony was preceded with the felicitation of all the
dignitaries.

Welcome Speech : Mr. Kesava Prasad G addressed the gathering

with welcome speech.
Lamp Lighting : Honourable dignitaries lightened the lamp.

Prayer Song : All the dignitaries sang tamil thai vazhthu virtually.

Welcome Address : Mr. Banu Prasad S, Principal NTTF-VTC addressed

the gathering, he gave a brief introduction about the
culture of NTTF and future enlightenment
Welcome Address : Mr. Viswanathan V, Principal NTTF-KTC addressed
the gathering and he had encouraged one and all
present in the virtual programme
Welcome Address : Mr. Nair R G K, Principal NTTF-SNTC addressed
the gathering and he endowed the words of blessings
for the inaugural function
Chief Guest : Dr. Vasudevan R, Dean, School of mechanical
Address engineering, VIT University had graced the function
by delivering address speech and he thrown a light on
futuristic developments
Vote of Thanks : Mr. Narayanan N concluded the session with vote of
thanks and he expressed his gratitude to all for being
part of this grand intellectual gathering

Session 2 : Introduction of trainees & NTTF video show:

introduced themselves.
 NTTF promo video had shown to the trainees.

 He emphasized the importance of respecting
others to make a mankind better.

experience with the trainees.

themselves technically.
 And he gave the permission to our trainees to
visit his industry at point of time for their
technical enrichment.

 CONCLUSION

The Virtual rope in programme closed with the valedictory function.

Valedictory function was presided by centre principals. Trainees and the
other staff members were the part of valedictory function. Mr. Narayanan N
concluded the session with vote of thanks and he expressed his gratitude to all
for being part of this grand intellectual gathering.
